"09/12/2025- UPDATED REVIEW: I ended up quitting this insurance company due to continuous problems with the billing. You have to set an appt to talk to anyone about a billing issue instead of getting it resolved right away. They toss you around from person to person to attempt to figure out your issue. I requested the policy to be cancelled PRIOR to the next billing and someone forgot to cancel the billing portion so I was charged and now have to wait for them to process the cancellation before I can get my money back. I’ve had to make numerous calls to this office to get things straight with our billing and finally just decided to find another company. Bob did a great job with our new insurance policy. He was to the point, didn’t push for anything unnecessary and made the process of switching over seemless. All my questions were answered and we were able to get more coverage at a lower rate than we were currently paying. Overall great experience."
