I worked as a software architect and developer for nearly a decade before making a move to the insurance industry -- a job that's all about finding answers to complex problems. We are deeply committed to supporting foster care and adoption charities in San Antonio — a cause that is clearly near and dear to our family. I am from the greater Seattle area, most of my childhood was spent in rural Monroe, WA on a ranch. When I turned 18, I moved on out to Missoula, MT with my one box of stuff, one pillow, and a sleeping bag! I plan on retiring up there if all goes according to plan. I moved to Texas and got my insurance licenses at the end of 2022 and started working in the industry in January of 2023.

When I'm not working, my favorite hobby is collecting board games. I have roughly 230-250 board games, and I dream of one day opening up a board game café where folk can demo games with friends over a meal.
